By accessing, enrolling in, or using the services of MARSS69 Education & Training Computer Software (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services Offered
MARSS69 provides education, training, and computer software–based learning programs, including but not limited to:
Online and offline training courses
Educational software and digital platforms
Technical and skill-based training programs
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at its discretion.
2. Enrollment & Registration
Enrollment is confirmed only after full or agreed payment is received.
All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment if false information is provided.
3. Fees & Payments
All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. No Refund Policy
Once enrolled, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-attendance, course dissatisfaction, or personal reasons.
Course transfers or substitutions are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of the Company.
5. Course Access & Usage
Access to software, course materials, and platforms is granted only to the registered user.
Sharing login credentials or course content with others is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, materials, logos, videos, and training resources are the intellectual property of MARSS69.
Copying, reproducing, distributing, or reselling any material without written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
Misuse the software or training platform
Upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content
Attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt the system
Violation may result in legal action and service termination.
8. Certification
Certificates (if applicable) are issued only upon successful completion of course requirements.
The Company reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of misconduct or non-compliance.
9. Limitation of Liability
MARSS69 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of its services or software.
Training outcomes may vary based on individual performance and effort.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
User data is handled confidentially and used only for educational and administrative purposes.
The Company will not share personal information with third parties except as required by law.
11. Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without prior notice if these Terms & Conditions are violated.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
13. Amendments
MARSS69 reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
